What i love about Net Solutions is the culture over here which keeps me energized whole day while handling my work activities . It is one of the best leading firm in Tricity . The best thing is open door policy for each employee .

Company don't run employee benefit schemes like health insurance , bonus or incentives for work delivery , extra hours are not paid off .

Good Learning, Manager are good and help you with all your problems If you take a initiative for learning technologies manger and hr will support you

Everything is good there . No micromanagement. Good Infrastructure and environment also . Good employees. Hr team is helpful. Month end and any event celebrations to keep team stress free. Overall Net solutions is far much better than from other companies i have seen till now

Dislikes

Not good salary for freshers. If you want to learn new latest skill there is no opportunity for that .

I love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone from top to bottom. The efforts are recognized and people feel appreciated and rewarded. Employees' commitment to delivering quality and services to the customers in ethical ways. Employees take responsibility for their actions and decisions. Company embraces change and accommodates new trends and technology. Month-end games and fun activities keep the zeal high.

Company don't run employees benefit schemes like providing health insurance, child care for working mothers, bonus or incentives for successful deliveries, The extra hours or weekends are not paid off, work from home (never before pre-Carona times), days are not given off for working on holiday or weekend.

Likes

Management is focused on each and every employee's skill development by conducting Wednesday wisdom, In which employees can learn more things than going in the current scenario plus can share his/her learnings with others. Overall work culture is good with work-life balance. Good for carrier growth.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal policies are not good, most towards company-centric. A little bit of politics that we see in every company. Innovation wise they mostly focus on same technical domain projects.
