Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...worst experience..the management and hr team will never understand ur problems..they have their policies where they dont give u salary and exp letter if u leave uninformed but than there are many things during tenure which they fail to give as mentioned during training..there are some fools working out there..kisi ki salary kha jana without understanding problem are what they are

•The entire recruitment team is filled with vernacular medium staff constantly talking in their native languages •Constant leaves taken by female employees hampers productivity •Because of their bad sourcing and communication, they are unable to close positions, impacting on revenue and hence no commission is given ! •Very unpredictable job stability, you never know when you could get fired ! •ADVICE: Strictly avoid this company to work and EMPANELMENT !
