Never releases salary on time, you have to beg for your salary for each month, wanna check, go and join this, and sooner you will know the real truth. Even lata i.e HR head doesn't values your complaint.

...n a third party project and never look back at you if you are doing good or not. The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from week off there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own. You will be told to work for 9 hrs shift but will be made to work for 12 hours. There is no salary growth

I love the my company workplace and i am part of a team that provide high quality services to Global Client -Honda Car india Limited Tapukara which is IBM project and i care take all Data center Devices Like WAN, Mux devices, IBM and Cisco, Juniper devices and also BMS Deviced Monitoring through Whatapp Gold Monitoring tool. But i want Countinous growth in our life.
