Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I never like to work in this company again because there are so talented only in playing games with employees 😠😠😠😏😏😏😏

I always dislike main thing that even the team leader don't know how to speak with employees 😠. And the team.leader play. Very well games back side of u 😠 ..😠 chillar behaviour team.leader 😠 and u know one thing he make cry one of employe she is a girl 😭😭 And all of them even don't know how to speak English also. Even HR and team.leader.also There r always speak only telugu👌 I request to all please don't join there . If u Join there you cannot come forward anymore .. remember my words ....
