There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Toxic culture, no work life balance, too much pseudo work, everything is a priority apart from the basic job, biased management, more showoffs rather than actual/practical scenarios.

Very poor work culture, high authority doesn’t know about ground realities causing Nestle’s degrowth in market . Yes boss culture by Balagali biased managers only promote and appreciate Bengalis which definitely help other companies to take nestle market share.

Work culture change drastically and becoming worst day by day . Huge pressure and fear of loosing job. Top management indirectly going to fire many employees soon . Stress , poor work life balance and bad mental state are growing.
