Job Security and the package is the only thing which is good here. Other than that they have good benefits and all. If you are in Quality Department you have better work life balance

Working in Production is difficult here. No respect at all. There is zero work life balance. They won't give you leave also.

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues salary is descent but careers growth is slow

Company is excellent in salary and benifits, very good reputation, but less oppertunity to learn new things, massive work pressure, work life balance is poor. But better platform for young people to handle stress eary in their careers

White collar employees should be extensively flexible in their work timing, should be able to work more than 12hrs a day,. Opeertunities for female candidates are extremely high when compared with male candidates, even though both are of same potential, gender inequality could be observed

Good pay, continuously training is provided.

Dislikes

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.

Toxic culture, no work life balance, too much pseudo work, everything is a priority apart from the basic job, biased management, more showoffs rather than actual/practical scenarios.
