Good pay, continuously training is provided.

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.

Only salary and benefits. Work life balance is there to some extent

Very toxic culture Uneducated people are hired as HR Lobby involves Corporate politics involve Only selective employees get promoted and noticed Biased management Favouritism at its peak No exit interview was taken

It use to one of the best FMCG companies to work for but unfortunately Nestle is now converting themselves into local companies. Many Employees and businesses partners have already put down their papers and more to come due to illogical nonnegotiable demands from leadership team. Job security is not bad but you will always ask to put your paper if you miss any work but if you really put your paper you will be the best employee. Company have a policy of 90 days notice period which they are not negotiable at all as they can find or no one wants to join the organisation at the moment. Post covid all the market working is normalise now but management unable to come out of the Teams online meet which is 12-15 hours of online meetings in a week.

...need. Nestle is most Ethical company. Safe place for Women to feel home & work. Salary is undoubtedly on a higher scale when compared to same cader of other companies. You are heard if u voice out your opinion

Dislikes

Zero work life balance. Salary though good , benefits are not good enough. Transfers are made so common here, especially to keep an employee away from their Family. No team building activities unless, ppl raise this as an issue of unfriendly work culture. Growth opportunities, Promotions are not fair enough.

Company is very humane and it was a privilege to work with this company..never had any issues with work life balance..Good blend of teammates through out my career.

...or her mind what happen in past..one bad day in office clot your career growth..the salary growth is comparatively slow compete to other companies in same industry and I work in east That is Kolkata branch where people are conservative and avert taking risk in promoting new talent as they are preoccupied with one epidode which they don't like about u. Working for a decade in the company scoring good appraisal through out but still they think u don't have that which is required for next level. 0
