It use to one of the best FMCG companies to work for but unfortunately Nestle is now converting themselves into local companies. Many Employees and businesses partners have already put down their papers and more to come due to illogical nonnegotiable demands from leadership team. Job security is not bad but you will always ask to put your paper if you miss any work but if you really put your paper you will be the best employee. Company have a policy of 90 days notice period which they are not negotiable at all as they can find or no one wants to join the organisation at the moment. Post covid all the market working is normalise now but management unable to come out of the Teams online meet which is 12-15 hours of online meetings in a week.
...make working better, but hardly it is for sales jobs. Good reimbursement policy. Pay policy is superb, you don't usually miss out on variable pay components as targets are achievable.
Nestlé is a great company, or to be precise, was a great company which is starting to become toxic due to over ambitious line managers. People working here did not used to leave and go to other companies, due to which the older generation of employees don't have much exposure to outside work environment and as they are moving up in the corporate ladder, are making the culture super toxic specially in sales. The new Branch manager is over ambitious, super proactive and soon lot of people are going to leave the organisation because of the over burden of work and over ambitiousness. Sales culture is super toxic these days. Where there is always some loop hole they can fire or humiliate you using audit issues, which are uncontrollable. The east branch did not have an HRBP for over an year. Just imagine the importance of HR in this org.
Only salary and benefits.
