Slow growth Your line manager is god in Nestle and Manger always have a feelings that all employees reports to them are their personal servant. All managers every time save their job only No one is doing their job honestly and if anyone wants to do his job with honesty then he will be no longer in system Upper Management always protect their AMNs and NO/NE job is always on stake Nestle always violates IMS act ( Indian Government Laws) Useless formats , unproductive work, no holiday If you are on leave means worst day of your life because your line manager is your god. Every manager insulted you in open meetings and use abusive languages. Worklife balance is hell. HR is dumy and do as per few top management pepole.

...make working better, but hardly it is for sales jobs. Good reimbursement policy. Pay policy is superb, you don't usually miss out on variable pay components as targets are achievable.

Nestlé is a great company, or to be precise, was a great company which is starting to become toxic due to over ambitious line managers. People working here did not used to leave and go to other companies, due to which the older generation of employees don't have much exposure to outside work environment and as they are moving up in the corporate ladder, are making the culture super toxic specially in sales. The new Branch manager is over ambitious, super proactive and soon lot of people are going to leave the organisation because of the over burden of work and over ambitiousness. Sales culture is super toxic these days. Where there is always some loop hole they can fire or humiliate you using audit issues, which are uncontrollable. The east branch did not have an HRBP for over an year. Just imagine the importance of HR in this org.
