They can fire employees anytime and even salary is not as good, services which they give to clients are pathetic. City head only knows to cutoff employees

The company seems to be shortage on funds, the brand image of the company has gone down in last few years.. Do not expect promotion or growth here. The company is good for people who want less work pressure with comprising salary.. Plus no gifts on diwali hurts ..

I was able to have a look at lot of royal properties in Bangalore and very nice societies. This I liked about Nestaway. Also the company office is nice and like a reputable multinational company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. Career growth is zero. Salary is not fixed and you can have pay cut. Less opportunity to shift to better domain profiles inside company. Consumer reviews are a concern, lots of bad reviews from the users who are tenants living in the properties. Also issue of extra charges are there which are levied on the tenants. However lot of these factors are not faced by all employees who are in good profile in the company and tenants who are living in high standard societies. The above fact is true in some cases and not all.

This is not nestaway this is own home every one family members every 6month appraisal /own travel but pay traveling charge/work life is good

Some critical stage is coming / and quarterly work pattern also change

The salary will be credited on time; otherwise, there will be no positive outcome.

Only two or three senior managers are receiving a salary hike, increment, appraisal, and benefits. There is no support for ground-level employees or other team members. Additionally, senior managers are skilled in playing politics, to the extent that they avoid any interaction with HR and other company leaders.
