...y even don't care about their employees career, they just work for their profit. If you raise any questions against management or salary , the next day they will asked you to leave the company. Recommended you not to go there, Not having good management

Salary is good for freshers Food is provided by office, and its 9 hours shift.

There is no Job security, Even if u meet ur target your manager will not satisfied, they will increase target every month, making it harder to achieve. Office politics is overwhelming, and everyone including manager is consistently talking about gossips, its worst experience.. Please prepare for all these things before joining here

Only two or three senior managers are receiving a salary hike, increment, appraisal, and benefits. There is no support for ground-level employees or other team members. Additionally, senior managers are skilled in playing politics, to the extent that they avoid any interaction with HR and other company leaders.

The company seems to be shortage on funds, the brand image of the company has gone down in last few years.. Do not expect promotion or growth here. The company is good for people who want less work pressure with comprising salary.. Plus no gifts on diwali hurts ..
