Adequate work life balance for all employees Good team bonding with peer employees who suffer same mental torture with poor hike and low salary.

...erial rating still they have not given me any satisfactory hikes or benefits 5. I resigned the company inspite asking HR for better competative salary and HR hold the decision for almost an year and 3 months still I only got 9% hike. 6. No external benefits like free meals, snacks, wellness programs, or internet reimbursement. 7. Recently mass layoff of almost 400 employees happened in 2023-2024 . 8. People who are from Lucknow and other parts of India takes longer WFH and people around Kerala always have to test the things done by them. Company never treats employees alike 9. No matter how hard you work you hardly get chance to work in the area that interest you even if projects are open.

nothing! terrible experience. they kept us idle for almost 8 months and evaluated us as unqualified , though we have completed post graduation.

Dislikes

.... MY ADVISE IS NOT TO GET INTO NEST DIGITAL EVEN IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED AS WELL. they provide high package but no career growth.
