Dislikes

They alloted me an extra division for the year and didn't even pay a penny (they had mentioned previously they would pay when the academic year ends) despite making me organize the data for the same time and again (each no. of paper and lecture). They called unnecessarily early only to go there and find out there was no need for that. Toxic workplace

If you are working on temporary or consolidated basis then you are not treated as teacher...you will be treated with no respect, no timing ,no discipline at all and management don't want to do anything about that .
