The salary here is significantly below industry standards, especially considering the level of stress and the amount of extra hours you’re expected to put in. Raises are rare and often don’t reflect the actual amount of work you’re doing. Bonuses, when they happen, are minimal and seem more like a token gesture rather than a genuine reward. 6. Hard work is often ignored, and accomplishments go unrecognized. Management doesn’t take the time to appreciate employees, and any form of acknowledgment is few and far between. Overall, working at Ness Digital Engineering has been a demoralizing experience. If you're looking for a company with good management, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Earlier it was a good company but now no salary no job security no professional behaviour from manager..

Layoff more and no job security..manager is very partial on location and he will do business outside parallel and he say not to do multiple jobs..my recomend is if no other option then choose last preference as ness..Hr will also not employe friendly

The pay you get is more. However, the basic pay in your CTC would be just 30%. Math says, when you're fired, they provide you only basic salary for a given month. So, 3 months of notice with 3 * 30 % of basic is not even your one month salary. Dear friends, Think wise, if you want to join Ness Digital engineering. This is not the company worth taking a risk.

Hire and Fire model Immediate resource termination upon project completion without prior notice Despite being in a billable project and contributing to a project since joining, termination is something you can expect from ness if you're project is done. I was terminated abruptly. Consider companies with stable clients and commitment to providing notice before termination. Prioritize the well being of yourselves and your families by selecting employers wisely The whole reason for work from home is that, the offices can't afford seating for people more than 100. At least for Hyderabad office.
