Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products and has a global client base . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Due to working two shift day and night l am as HSE Manager l have to work 14-18 hours (day shift 10hrs. + 4 hrs. at night shift). I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night .

The company is very good, care to employees & provide all agreed facilities, Good environment of inside work station, time punctuation, salary system is good.

Dislikes

I dislike the partiality & people support to country guys. Salary average is very less.

Likes

Nesma and partners is a good company for learning and it's has big project in oil and gas field. I feel proud that I am working with a company which gave me good environment to work with different Clint like Saudi Aramco and Sdara.

Dislikes

administrative team is not very cooperative .
