Poor Work life balance ,No proper business strategy ,Poor Management,No Job security and satisfaction.Worst work culture due to lack of proper banking professional.The management has made a mess of the bank.It was a start up bank which could have flourished if feedback & voice of experienced employees was taken properly.Now after merger with slice which is a fintech company with no basic knowledge of banking domain they are doing the same.Within upcoming 2 years this bank would collapse.

It’s in my home state ! After working in corporate in national and overseas assignment as well , I really fought hard to make it a successful entity ! But bank did not realise that at all ! Hence, no pleasant experience!

Dislikes

Orthodox thinking of the board ! Since most of the board members are from SBI background they did not appreciate corporate work culture nor they were willing to change based on the highly competitive environment !

It's a good organization. It's established as a bank in 2017 and it's environment is also good. It operates in entire North East regions.

Dislikes

Sometimes,it may have to do over duty and off days also in the head office.
