Only girls get most of the benefit if they are in favor to boss. The one who questions will be slowly thrown out and hiring the preferred one even if he/she doesnt suits job role. Own caste are much preferred. Receptionist is worst. Flirts with everyone, no proper getting no work to do, no education background as such. Leads, managers and HRs are amount worst team up who play good politics with staff in bangalore office. Say yes to lead then you survive if not you will be thrown out easily. Manager and HRs listen only to leads. Hrs just come sit chit chat with guys, go out for roaming and sit in office with mobile and personal calls. This is bad office only hindi speaking staff who are in favor to leads can survive even if you dont perform at work. During pandemic many were terminated in the name of performance issue. I am from travel team being senior most I was safe. Politics, racism against religion, discrimination still exist here. Please dont join here. It's becoming worst day by day.
