Don't believe by its work culture, there is no Job security., Very Biased Management including HR team. We do so much hard work also there is no recognition, even when you are sick they will make you work, simply put blames and make you loose your job. Growth is slow, only those employees with managerial references are liked by management are given promotions than other employees.

One of the best organization that I have been working so far. Apart from salary being low to the standard pay in the market, everything else is good from working, learning, growth and work life balance.

Recently seen many politricks when comes to promotion and nothing to learn much about work and it's straight forward process

Good colleagues and work is not hectic

No recognition of work, only criticism. Worst behaviour by manager. No strict HR. Team leads can say whatever they want and get away with it. No cab facility. No flexible timing. No flexible work from home. Leaves are not granted. Probation is delayed for no reason.

Benefits, Culture, Availability of Senior staff for any sort of issue, Employee engagement events(outings) and sport events with awards, Growth Opportunities.

Appraisal, Reduced Work life balance if growth is needed in career, Partiality in employee promotions, Being a fast growing company it demands high pressure environment throughout the day.
