They don't provide you with laptop or Internet connection and neither do they consider if you're having any network issues from your end.

Work culture is pathetic, poor work environment, no career growth & learning. Poor politics between team mates , no supporting people, no timely salary, no employee care, no proper leave . Totally pathetic

...solutely a nightmare. Confusing policies, the team leaders are a bunch of liers. They will give you unnecessary pressure to get the work done and also not provide the salary at the right time.

... worst ,no rules,no disciplines,no professionalism just like lala baniya dukaan.there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of a year before which you cannot resign but after 4 months company should tell me to resign because the pick season is gone

too much work pressure,working almost 10 to 12 hours.also would like to highlight about the senior hr manager that he is of no use,when ever i have interacted with him he always give foolish replies and he is always dependent on his team members to get the work done. don't know why the company hired such a stupid hr. the work count deduction i really demotivating and the company should work on hire to motivate employees.
