If you're a fresher,you have a great time to start here,you can learn about softwares and systems

Dislikes

1year bond,no common holidays, salary calculation not accurate,no appreciation from superiors, necessary Sunday duties, necessary OT after 6pm, phones are not allowed in office,they will treat you as machine that work for them 24*7, company culture is very very pathetic

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
