...a small gift for employees HR people will steal that and won't give to employes.no extra pay or extra leave for doctors , if they do work for extra hours. As.It is a health care provider but doesnt care doctors and disrespects Doctors with lowest pay and sometimes abusing words by non medical persons. As they consider themselves as a life savers. Doctors are rock hearted. Strictly speaking it is a buissiness company not a health care provider .

People who are in charge of the company are not at all a doctors. They just think about the revenue. They won't let the service providers like Doctors and technicians to grow up. Cunning plans will be executed by HR department people to avoid bonus or increments. Simply blames the employee for every simple reasons. Even they don't spare duty doctors also.

The work culture is good if your reporting manager is good. It depends. The best thing is salary is always on time. There's appraisal every year.

Dislikes

If your reporting manager isn't supportive you won't be able to take leaves and all. The SO people treat the center level people differently. Center managers rarely have a scope for promotion. You might to take calls,update reports even when in leave. There's mental pressure.
