Salary on time.

Dislikes

Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.

I like my Reporting Manager teammate, my colleagues all are very helpful and co operative and even my managements each and everything. We are doing work from during this covid19 and everything is so sorted and we work for company and in nephroplus everyone is so supportive. We do motivated by our managers on this period.
