Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...appointment letter , Relieving letter infact they dont know only what it means . Holding salary for poor people !!!!!! Timing is fixed for coming but for going is not fixed . For BATHROOM also have to take permission if wont they are removing employees from the company. No paid leave , sick leave are providing . Totally unhygenic place . Dont buy product from these place - lots of issue had come from cookies and all other products. People are crying and asking money for helping them sometimes 10k , 40k , 25k , 15k and afterwards they are not giving money only. Its not an office but its an totally wasting time by going in these office by wasting your time of your career over here .
