Like here ? The biggest mistake of my 10 years career. I only like the salary cause I negotiated and squeezed their life out and they did because of my experience. Now when i have been working here, I know for certain that they gave me salary because no one else was ready to join here, they were searching for my position for 9 months and candidates were taking offer and using it to join elsewhere

no learning and development, this company banks on your knowledge(which is OK) but does not have anything to learn in return. HR lady is sitting on the position like a snake, goes to US trips often brings bags of shopping for herself and does not care about the employees. they have formed a nexus between hr, finance, procurement and facilities. you scratch my back and I will scratch yours environment. no career advancements as they do not have positions or heap of departments to move to. believe me, all 8 members of my team left one after another and they had to hire back an entire team. the only people who are happy are the people who have stayed here or settled here for 10 years. the more you stay here, that more you become redundant and unfamiliar of the outside world. I would suggest to go for interview, take offer and use that offer to bargain with other good companies but do not join here. its a career graveyard.

1) Work life balance 100% 2)Manager and Colleagues are really friendly in my Team 3) If someone wants to explore more in technology and want to learn, better join this org. once you get experience in market.

Dislikes

1) Still using old system in my Technology. 2) No long term onsite opportunity. Short Terms are available. 3) Food Vendors are not available.

Many things liker you have to submit your personal emergency documents or some other documents for reliving or early reliving and also the policy of Neovia is control by only one person and its not the HR.
