Work ethics and environment is average though i have worked for 9 yrs

Dislikes

There is average chance of upliftment/ promotion. Decision is based on 1- 2 people,not based on work performance fully.Baring specific departments ,no overall training is given. Work environment is very average.

I should admit the caring and supportive attitude of the higher management team.

Dislikes

I think it would be better to focus on the strategies to improve the inter departmental cooperation and relationship insted of maintaining a competitive culture between each departments which will help to improve the employee outcome and satisfaction even better.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
