Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions. Likes

Working environment is good, management is also good, freedom for try new things for the growth of himself and company. Best part of organisation provide ample time to show your skill.

Dislikes

Less job security and future growth is uncertain, hr management is poor no proper moniterisation for employees work performance and not any system for salary and incentive growth. Overall employee cannot stay longer due to these system.

I am really happy with this company. All the staff members are very good. All my senior faculty members always helps me a lot. Hope this company reaches a great success.
