Initially things were a bit slow. Then they hired a consultant, who made things on track, growth of the company accelerated exponentially in the next 8 months. But the management had another plans, fired almost everybody (not me) with the intention that they only know. Therefore, I think, they didn't wanted to run the organisation.

Management is the only bottleneck of the organization.

Since it is a product based company you'll get time to explore and learn new things. People are friendly.
