general manager is waste in unit 2 the person is not have manager level .so many person are resigned due to QA staff behaviour and production staff (Ladies ) behaviour.QA staff are very rude,Agressive ,black mail minded .management support QA staff highly,in future company facing some many problems due to QA staff behaviour.Lady workers Face some many problems due to QA staff .Any body to tell that relation ship between QA Staff and other Staff like brother and sister but Genuine reason be like other relation ship go to restauarants and hotels

Working with Neospark is overall is a good experience as company culture is very good, with reference to teammates, job security. Work-life balance can be maintained.

Dislikes

Career growth is very sluggish, one should not expect higher designation, only increment in salaries. Learning new things not encouraged in this company.

Management is transperant, good repo with employees. Emphasis upon discipline and proper execution of strategies.

Dislikes

Now 14 years have been passed so it may be irrelevant but what I felt at that time, organisation is not so agressive comparative with other competitors and less scope for growth and personal development.
