*Beware : Terminated during notice period without providing documents and salary for last 2 months * I worked with this organisation for last 3 years , subsequently i also got appraisal from time to time and apprecial mail from client as well but when i resigned from this organization and start serving notice period then things turn change , my TL starting rude behaviour with me and monitoring on me like screen sharing for whole day through meet in notice period , but when he does not found anything suspicious on my laptop screen then he told upper management for terminating me , he start to conspire against me how he can terminate during notice period but he become successful because management has no existence in this company , Management existence depend upon the client and those employee who has major project , so they terminated me during notice period without giving my documents and salary for last two months I am sharing my experience with you to make you informed decision about join this company because how far these people can go to ruin someone's career Never join this company if you really want to grow your career

- Got an awsome client (after unintentionally dodging one that would have been a nightmare) - Well behaved people: seniors and HRs - Most things will depend upon your client - Company would be there to protect you from overexploitation

... denied - No reimbursements: even for WiFi or couriering back client's laptop. - Bad salary negotiation techniques: They offered me loyalty incentive (returnable with +18% GST which they wont tell you about) instead of a static hike. - Called me to office within a week's notice, and I coudn't fly due to prices, so they laid me off. Overall good company but certain needs some more structuring and financial reforms for employees

1.On time salary 2.Skill Development/Learning, every day you will get a email for on going lesson which may be on new technology, personal development etc.

1. Firstly, they hire you and outsource you. If client have WFH then you will enjoy WFH else you need to go onsite. 2. If you are working for client you need to mark your attendance on 3 different portal else on 2 portal, a. One on mobile and 2 on web. b. Need to update tasks details on hourly basics on one of portal. c. And end of day you need to fill whole day task on another portal. 3. Some HR will not give you proper solutions of your queries they simply say read our document which is present in mobile app(IN house APP). 4. No categories of leave. Only 1.5 leaves credit every month. 5. Sandwich rule also applies here. 6. They immediately release you on next day of intimation of resignation if you on bench or last working day for client. 7. They have a bond culture too. If you want good appraisal then you need to sign bond on next year too. 8. They force you to sign bond else you can submit resignation. 9. Three months notice period. 10. In my case i only work for 6 months for client after that they will get another client for you or you will on bench but don't worry they will provide salary if you are on bench.

Management doesn't care about employees, especially digital marketing department is the worst and employee here don't have freedom of speech and the thing you will experience here is politics and seniors are really insecure.
