There is nothing to like about. Just you have to join in a senior level position to like this company.

The list goes endless. Very worst working culture and strong discriminations and racism wrt people's state, language, position,etc. HR culture is horrible and very unprofessional people handling the HR, finance and middle management.

Nothing is there as such to like at Neopharma

The people's who are working there since longer time are fraudulent people's. They literally cheating company and bagging money in to their pockets. And still such thief's are Carried out by company is the thing I dislike. They do not have any humanity and so don't bother about the honesty and ethics while working. Very Bad culture. The biggest culprit for the company is Mr. Suresh Pai himself doing nothing since last 7 years and just grabbed companies money to increase his bank balance.
