In covid 19 company not given proper salary to there employee so many trainee TM and Probation TM are at home without payment.. and also who have join Field work company not given there DA The culture was very bad.. Company says we are built Carrier but in this situation i think company was playing with employee Carrier

No support from company, internal politics is more,, company cut salary every month during lockdown,80%salary cutting,,Every time President says We are safe in Neon,....But I can say wouldn't safe in Neon.

3rd class company,work culture is terrible like you are everytime torcher by your senior.it is a wastage of your time and your carreer please go for another company don't join this

...take of field employees. They did not permit me to work in since last 6 months. And salary also got giving to me. They still did not started field work for me.

Compensation is devent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes latr into night. Managers do not value an induviduals' uniqur strengths.
