Exposure to defence sector and there upcoming projects

1.Salary always come after 20th or sometimes after 25th of every month. 2. 12 hr workshift with no overtime 3. Employee rights always exploited. 4. Put employees in 3 year bond and also taking there orginals documents then putting extra pressure on employees so that they leave and pay bond amount within 3 months of joining. Kind of 2nd business strategy. 4. No salary slip. 5. Salary will be transferred from another company account not from company account. 6. No experience certificate even if you pay bond amount or complete bond period, depends when you are leaving. 7. Only 12 casual leaves. 8. totally unprofessional behaviour with employees. 9. Targets freshers because they don't know their rights as an employee and easy to exploit. 10. Average employees leaves within 6 months of joining. 11. You cannot join other company because of no salary slip and your bank passbook there will be other company name which means you have nothing to show other company while job changing.

Neomatrix is a good company which works for Indian defence. If you join this company you can opportunity to serve indian defence and you will be highly skilled in field of design, measurement system etc .

Nothing till now ..... I expend 4.5 month in this company and not getting any drawback .... Let see forword☺️...?
