I had a great experience with Neologic Engineers, they have good culture and values , Middle Management, professional consultant and Directors are very open minded, very quick in decision making, very flexible environment. Entire Team is very supportive, technically very strong, there is good career growth. They are very specialized in training and development.

Working culture Mid level management takes own descision without informing to higher level management High work pressure Over time is not paid You have to travell within city with your own vehicle and doesnt get any allowance for the same. Hectic work given by seniors to juniors Seniors takes leave by providing miss information to you when you are on field and keep no contact " Hiring team had ego problems. '' You dont get appreciation by seniors Seniors always try to dominate you No positive attitude by seniors All are credit stillers

Only Entry is perfect. You will get full induction of company.

No proper allotment of work. Always get domination for Junior. Hide and seek in Allowances. Always sent on site still if it's not your duty/responsibility. No properly explained responsibilities. Lower class mentality of middle level management Every one is manager just pushing work to one another. You will always under observation of "CCTV". No sense of how to treat people. If their need get overed they blaim on you that you had done some Misscalinious things and they will remove you immediately. Thay also had two years of bond. But not discussed at the time of interview after confirmation of joining date they will told you that there is 2 years of bond.
