targets should be low , senior management people in sales talks without logic sometimes there is no job security

NeoLacta is a perfect place; especially for a sales and marketing professional in this niche segment. My experience with NeoLacta was enriching to say the least. Field sales is always challenging and every day at work is different . I am glad to have got this opportunity.

There is nothing as such but sales targets should be a little lower.

Practising Policies and employee benefits in great force : when i joined here i was a bit worried but all people are very professional and especially HR policies and employee benefits are practices as per rules and regulations. Increment is based on a prerequisite on the performance in the company and for it i perform hard and try to reach the threshold in the given time frame. As the matter of fact, NeoLacta provides unique human milk products and that requires a meticulous approach.

Dislikes

Though ample space is given at NeoLacta Lifesciences, i feel more team building activities should take place that will enhance the bonding between the teams

The one thing i liked about NeoLacta Life Sciences Is the Cross Functional Exposure. The working Experience is very good and we witness to be part of the 100% pure human milk so the quality standards are maintained in accordance to that. Teamwork is good and learning is immense

Dislikes

I feel things that too on few days exceed, although everything is good in NeoLacta Lifesciences

I feel extremely proud of being part of the humanitarian work being done by Neolacta Lifesciences that is helping save premature babies. This is a very good organization to work with. Work-life is good here. There are working challenges from which a lot can be learned,

Dislikes

Not as much but some were timing is my concern.
