Worst company i never seen like this am worked on credit team but there is no support in credit team even sales team compare to credit they r better

...hike on this but this year mangement given us 850rs appraisal.this is cheating . now we left the company now currenly one fresher joined neo grwoth his salary comparing to my salary 50percent higher 😡 now how can the managment give that hike to new fresher ??? even experiance workers nt getting that much salary. neo growth unsecured loan cheating customer to flat rate of intrest but they dnt have to give good salary to employe bulshit worst company i wasted my last one year in neo growth

Work Environment was good, Teammates are supportive Management is not bad, and Company Policy was average, Appraisal are good, but presently I am Jobless due to covid-19 company has been fired

There are lot of policies and the management don't address our issue. Salary is good but career growth was slow.

...han 70% turnaround of employees took place were HR cannot even retain people....! They sacked more than 200 employees during covid instead of salary cut ....The arrogent HR head and CEO thinks they owned the Company and that is the reason good people left this organisation.....they behave arrogantly and lack of professionalism...! I would recommend only to this join company when u dont have any job in hand or for freshers otherwise u will regret for sure ....!

...od and job is not secured when you don't achieve your target but and there is a hectic job but teammates are supportive and they give good salary

They give decent pay for the engineers which is the only pro. Please don't fall for it.

...e back to the office even during peak times of covid(first and second wave). He threatened people that he will cut their salary too if they don’t come back. - Till today, he doesn’t even know the number of different projects that are built and maintained by his team, or at least what is the responsibility of each project too. - He doesn’t know how to treat and retain good people. He ended up outsourcing third-party people on contract who also ended up leaving.
