There is only one draw back that is salary increasing process is very poor and they provide only 6 Daya annual leave.

Only the CEO worst top management that's why they can never have good staff and continuos long tern staff. wrong people on top taking wrong decisions.

Zero work culture, no rules, rules change like chamilion(girgit). no PF. cash payment. Zero job security.

It's a best company to work in and my best job ever great environment employees and great boss gulab sir so humble and down to earth so caring and supportive for all the staffs as a friend really thankful and greatful to everyone especially Alok sir and Gulab sir ....with regards Dewas subba.

Toxic work culture. No job security. You ll get terminate if you do a little mistake, one of my colleague got terminated because she emergency leave and another one got terminated because she don't carry her notepad.
