Neo rays is a consultancy, They hire you as a permanent employee and deploy you at other software companies as a contract for one year. After one year if client company is happy with our work then they will hire you as a permanent employee.

Dislikes

Pay is less when you are in contact period and no other benefits, less hike

It's basically a IT Software company who works as recruitment suppicator to clients (mostly IT) or work as a recruitment vendor to them , they have may be a bit work satisfaction but work culture , management and policies are really panic- stricken!

Dislikes

Firstly it was good but later company policies and management and total work culture became horrible . They are not open to flexible timings often. They suddenly become violent (in words obviously) towards employees if targets don't meet or if u can't give that much closer what they wanted ( but at the time of interview they will say it's a no target job , only quality recruitment or hiring ) And they never gives the incentives as well , and don't hope for correct relieving letter or an appointment letter even after working almost 1 year !
