The company has experienced significant financial instability, including a three months salary delay in salary payments. This financial distress has led to numerous legal challenges from both employees and customers, alleging fraudulent business practices. Furthermore, there are serious concern regarding the company's compliances with govt. regulations, with evidence suggesting non payment and under reporting of governments. ... cheating with everyone like employees, customers, stakeholders& Government etc. Salary is delayed 2-3 months and not doing FnF of those employees who left the company. lots of cases are pending in labour court. MD is very bad in nature. Be caution before joint the NEO Developers

Now I hardly like working there. It’s a third class company to work with

Salary is delayed by 5-6 months Vendors, Contractors and even Customers are not getting their payments Everyone is fighting a battle for their hard earned money and the MD doesn’t bother answering them or paying their dues. Employees who had left are still following up for their pending salary but no response.

Very good teammates, management needs results at your own efforts, very few or no traveling outside the city. Small company with limited organisation.

Low growth, incompetence hiring, no job security, high pressure and responsibilities of senior person, no on job training, value to negative reporting,

I liked work the culture of Neo Developers, They really ensure that their employees are on board with their tasks and are there to assist on every step. I was able to establish a good rapport with my teammates and i am leaving the organization with a good experience. The Organization allowed me to explore different potions, in additions to mine and the overall learning experience was remarkable.
