Now I hardly like working there. It’s a third class company to work with

Salary is delayed by 5-6 months Vendors, Contractors and even Customers are not getting their payments Everyone is fighting a battle for their hard earned money and the MD doesn’t bother answering them or paying their dues. Employees who had left are still following up for their pending salary but no response.

I liked work the culture of Neo Developers, They really ensure that their employees are on board with their tasks and are there to assist on every step. I was able to establish a good rapport with my teammates and i am leaving the organization with a good experience. The Organization allowed me to explore different potions, in additions to mine and the overall learning experience was remarkable.

i got a great opportunity to work with this company. i love the fact that i am a part of a team. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Generally speaking,my work is challenging as i have to look after the entire typing work like i.e i have to type all the legal, BMC and MHADA related works. i m working in builders office so i have to manage clients also so i can work fast and clear work.
