Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

As a trainee, here you will learn fundamentally and practically Automation Hardwares and its dedicated softwares such as PLCs, Scada , HMI, AC drives, star-delta starter, DOL starter and also they will provide soft skill training which helps you perform well in the interview.

NCVT is best options for fresher engineers it work is good for automation devices or dcs such like as plc programming , scada operator, ac drives , panel desing , hmi etc . NCVT is not a manufactur company it is training institute.
