...e treated equally to people who are not doing anything good for the hospital. Underpaying your employees always takes away the motivation to do good work. So you should pay your good nursing staff and doctors as they deserve, and not keep them in the same line as others who are not doing good work. Very Very poor marketing. We claim to be one of the largest and best children hospital around which is actually true, but sadly many common people still have not even heard about it.
