I’ve completed 3 years and 3 months at Nemetschek India, working under Spacewell, one of the sister brands in the Nemetschek Group. This is my fifth company, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. The work-life balance is excellent — no weekend calls or support, and all communication is through Microsoft Teams or email, with no phone calls. The leave policy is flexible — for sick or casual leaves, you simply inform via email and update the ESS portal. For long leaves, a two-week advance notice is standard. The leadership, especially our Managing Director, Vishal Mani, is incredibly supportive. He’s a true strength to the company, always open for questions and guidance. The company also offers access to LinkedIn Learning, helping employees grow continuously. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience with no cons to mention.
