...rs are only working under pressure, rest old senior enjoying honeymoon period. HR policies are poor, very unprofessional HR, unnecessarily cuttings from salaries and bonus. Partiality while giving increament and arrears. Poorly treat the employees and dosent give respect at all.

One of the few companies where you are allowed to learn and grow, very open culture. Determined to make good products.

company facilities could improve but considering the space constraints one can say they do what they can.

Payscale is not good. Been a Msc fresher they paid me 8500rs only .No increment even after a year. Overtime payment is very less.Even worker get paid more for overtime. Over here, they give 24rs per hour for overtime
