They are not firing people but sending many people to non payed leave and some people do office politics and not let others grow but still you can learn many things by working with nelumbo icona and this company will teach you some good life lessons.

There is lack of management in every department many people are senior but still do mistake like coming late making junior over loaded and not having an equal eye on every one many people judge you from your family background that is the worst part of my experience with Nelumbo icona
