Low salary,never increment a rupee in 5 year also cut extra money of 600 rupee after 2 year from the date of joining.Company never respond over salary.Company should be black listed.

Salary structure not good for old employees who working with Nelito more than 10 years. I found that resources from outside Nelito getting very good salary on similar grade but not for old employees. When old employee come up with new job offer then they are ready to match salary. This is I absolutely not like. Nelito should value their old employee.

I was work with company 4 years 3 years off roll and 1 year onroll In those years no any increment made as well as no any yearly bonus / incentive. Always been fear with job security .... We (me and my those time colleagues) till date survive for lost the golden time of our life.

Dislikes

When a big time given the company and after over the project, Management had told "it is a platform catch the train for ur better life, we don't do any think for further" If company is clear his vision, why not told at the of joining.

Likes

Its a fake company. Onboards employees for TCS and takes monthy compition and fire with 6 months. They work in gurgaon with diffent name as "Manpower Source". On hiring they say TCS will take nelito employee in direct payroll on completion of 6 month. They silently terminate and ask for resignation from Nelito blackmailing for experience letter . Its totally a fake organization.

Dislikes

No salary slips are given to employees and formal notice for period is there. Do not listen to any huddles faced by employee within employment. No HR intervention.

salary receives is on time, HR department also help full with any medical emergency. Company culture also good..

Dislikes

Promotions / Appraisal process is slow and Regarding Job Security i am working last 9 year in Nelito systems so i am seating in Client site so project is not renew then my Project manger tell me you are search new job i have no new Project. This is not fever.
