Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very good work culture and personal and professional life would be balanced. Good team mates , I am working since one year and good management good working environment,Very best platform company for freshers and mid level experience employees.

Dislikes

I can't say I dislike any thing too intensely in my current job, But company is very small, So the opportunities for advancement are limited.....rest of all very good!
