...en in the vending machine. Even there were lizards walking around on my desk. 9. Problem of 2-3 weehlers parking if parking is full u have to pay and park your vehicle. 10. No techinal knowledge sharing by the leads. 11. My teammates were working till 7 am in the morning due to poor project planning by managers. 12. They need the deliverables at any cost without even discussing with the team members about the planning. 13. Boss come to the office at 12 pm and expect the team to stay late for them. Please don't join the company if u have a better option.

As a organisation Neilsoft is Good but L1 and L2 are not supportive in department. For freshers and Retirement plan employees can join. Overall experience average

This is good place to start career for fresher. Good work life balance is possible if you valued your own time. good People behaviour and company culture for work environment

Salary is given on basis of experience year not on skills and education. Company provide good salary to ITI holder than Graduate even performance is good. No additional benefits than salary.

To destroy your career and if your are habitual of listening offensive and abusive language then this is best company to join. No canteen No proper parking HR and management is worst No hike but u should ready for extra work even on holiday They provide you leaves but you can't use until you got permission by manager and manager always force you to not to take leaves Treat like labor Suggest NOT join such company
