It is the worst culture ever. People working for 5 plus years are not even getting 50k salary. The seniors are insecure. A place for dirty politics. My personal experience.- they delete the reports which I uploaded. Deducte salaries incase of break exceed(even after extending the shift). The vice president is really unworthy, shes a scammer. 0 employee friendly. I worked for a year here and I did see none of the people who joined after me sustained for more than 6 months. The ops manager Arvind is the only person who is worthy here... apart from him no one is worthy.

Dislikes

The most cheap management. They perform many illegal activities and scam the employees money. If you submit a doctor's report in case of any sick leave, the cheap VP calls up the doctor to check.... I do have proofs which shall prove this company as a scam run my the VP.

...g from the company, work like you're doing a service and they'll be nice to you. If you ask pay for work from home then it's time to sit at home permanently.

You will not be appreciated for any good you did, but you'll be criticized for everything you do... No matter how good it is.
