The organization is have work environment and career adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of A team that innovation reliable. As a result . I get to Traning to another department. Anothers puls point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. And work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is very low. But growth is low.. The work pressure is high. There is no on job training for freshers .

Though this is an autonomous government organisation, it is basically treated like a political wing of the ruling party. Impractical and useless campaigns are thrust on the volunteers and youth clubs in the name of free and unpaid volunteerism. Youth are just treated as vote banks. No concern or expenditure for youth welfare as needed in the 21st century.

I like the way the youth come forward to empower themselves with several activities. I was given a assignment for starting up a project for the women. I also got an opportunity to form a youth club and as they are getting empowered.

Dislikes

I have nothing to dislike because it's my learning skills that I should improve and I prefer field work.

It is a autonomous body so it has the some benefits to using own decisions without violating the rules by Government of India.

Dislikes

Here doesn't have the proper working time like 10-4 pm unlike sometimes have to work 3-4 hours extra than normal office hours.
