The organization is have work environment and career adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of A team that innovation reliable. As a result . I get to Traning to another department. Anothers puls point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. And work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is very low. But growth is low.. The work pressure is high. There is no on job training for freshers .

Impractical and useless campaigns are thrust on the volunteers and youth clubs in the name of free and unpaid volunteerism. Youth are just treated as vote banks. I like the way the youth come forward to empower themselves with several activities. I was given a assignment for starting up a project for the women. I also got an opportunity to form a youth club and as they are getting empowered.

I have nothing to dislike because it's my learning skills that I should improve and I prefer field work.
